It wasn’t until we took advantage of a local Protectair introductory offer that we were shown the level of contamination that our air conditioner had. I had my air conditioner serviced, the technician found a serious fault and brought it to my attention. I was able to have it repaired under my warranty, but if it went unnoticed it would possibly have cost me a whole new system, as my warranty is due to expire in a few months.
